– All fees for our services are detailed in our agreement with each client. Payments are due according to the terms outlined in individual client agreements.
– Late payments may incur additional fees or interest, as specified in the agreement with each client.
– You are responsible for all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities related to the services purchased, excluding only taxes based on our income.

7. Refund Policy
– Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, specific cases may be considered on a discretionary basis, and refunds will be addressed as outlined in each client agreement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
– All content, materials, graphics, logos, designs, and other elements on the Site are the intellectual property of MS Virtuals or its licensors.

10. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
– During the course of our engagement and for a specified period after termination, clients and their affiliates agree not to solicit or hire any employees, contractors, or agents of MS Virtuals without prior written consent.
– Unauthorized solicitation of MS Virtuals employees or contractors may result in legal action.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
– MS Virtuals makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or services.
– All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability
